BioNAV LLC offers a non-exclusive, subscription-based global license for its patent-pending Air Particle ID (APID) technology (WO2024249697A2 | PCT/US2024/031776).

This application is meant for both (U.S. friendly) foreign & domestic companies, organizations, and government agencies interested in purchasing an annual license subscription.
                        
Our agreement enables qualified clients and strategic partners—including OEMs, software developers, system integrators, and brokers—to use their unique/custom object recognition platform or embed BioNAV’s optional digital image recognition and AI/ML debris identification process into their own air filtration products, devices, and platforms.                        
                        
Key Features:
                 

• Flexible Licensing Options: Available to startups, growth-stage firms, and enterprise partners via annual, 3-year, or 5-year terms.
           

• Deployment Flexibility: Supports edge, cloud, or hybrid infrastructure models. Designed for any computer vision system that captures particle image data from any air filtration system, including Laser, Ultra Violet, Infrared, and sensor-to-sensor imaging output technologies.
                      

• Royalties Leveraged for OEMs: If applicable, 7% standard co-development royalty for five years (unless otherwise negotiated). Specifically relating to projects led by BioNAV.

• Proof-of-Concept Testing: Apply for a FREE 3-month internal R&D pilot program with subscriber's computer vision technology and AI/ML software before the agreement's start date. For testing purposes only, non-sellable data.  (MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO STARTING TO AVOID PATENT INFRINGEMENT).

• IP Protection: License does not grant ownership; BioNAV retains all rights to underlying APID process relating to uses of patent-pending process and all original and analyzed images of air/gas filtered particle imaging data and metadata produced from any APID licensed products and connected software.         
                       

• Tokenization Ready: BioNAV reserves the right to implement a blockchain-based tokenized licensing and billing system with 120-day notice.
                      

• Governing Law: Agreement governed by the State of Missouri with patent enforcement through the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

                        
 This licensing model is designed to protect BioNAV’s innovations while offering manufacturers and developers an attractive path to commercialize intelligent environmental sensing systems at scale.
